Eligibility:-
All citizens of India above the age of 14 years who are permanent residents of Assam are eligible to register their names in the Employment Exchange of the State of Assam. The candidates are eligible for Registration in one Employment Exchange only in the state, where they are permanent residents within the jurisdiction of the District.
How to do Online Exchange Registration?
Candidates have to submit their online applications on the basis of these two verification methods.
- Adhaar Based Verification
If they opt to use the aadhar-based verification technique, applicants can complete their Employment Exchange card without having to visit any offices. The online employment exchange card registration process requires candidates to have a valid Aadhar card. This process looks to be rather straightforward.
- Non-Adhaar Based Verification
Should the candidates choose to verify their documents using a method other than Aadhar-based verification, they will need to visit the employment office to get their documents verified. This method appears to be more challenging and problematic than the Aadhar-based verification method in this regard.
Required Documents For Registration:-
- Mobile Number: Candidates have a Active mobile number for the registration process.
- Educational Documents: Candidates have to Submit a single PDF of all their Certificates and Mark Sheets. All the copies of documents must be scanned and clearly readable to avoid rejection.
- Age Proof: Candidates have to submit any one of the following documents as their age proof.
- Birth Certificate / HSLC Admit Card / School Certificate
Proof of Residency: Candidates have to submit any one of the following documents as proof of their residence.
- Aadhar Card / Driving License (Self & Parents) / Copy of Chitha /Jamabandi (Self & Parents) / Copy of Passport (Self & Parents) / Certificate Copy of Electrol Roll / EPIC (Self & Parents)
Caste Certificate: Candidates have to upload their caste certificates if they belong any category.
EWS Certificate: Economically weaker section Candidates He/She needs to upload a valid EWS certificate.
PWD: PWD (Person with Disability) candidates, a disability certificate issued by the competent authority need to Upload.
