AHSEC Rechecking of Answer Script – Assam HS Final Exam 2025

The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) declared the Assam HS Final Examination 2025 results on 30.04. 2025, with 302,613 students appearing and 247,462 passing. On the same day, ASSEB (Div-II) issued an official notification for the rechecking of answer scripts and the process to obtain scanned copies.

The online application portal for rechecking will open 2 days after the result declaration and remain active for 15 days. This process allows students to ensure their answers were properly evaluated and offers a fair chance to address any possible marking errors.

AHSEC Rechecking Process Details :

Note: Rechecking is not the same as re-evaluation. It includes only specific verification steps.

Scope of Rechecking Includes:

• Re-totalling of marks awarded by the examiner
• Checking for unevaluated answers (if any)
• Correction of mark entry errors (wrong total, wrong posting, etc.)

Rechecking Result Notification

• Will be issued within 30 days from the last date of application submission
• Changes (if any) will be communicated via official notification

Revised Marksheet/Certificate Issuance:

• To be collected by submitting the original marksheet
• Must be routed through the head of the concerned school
• Will not be sent directly to the student or any external agency

How to Apply HS Final Exam Rechecking –2025 ?

Students seeking rechecking of their answer scripts must visit the official ASSEB (Div-II) website starting 2 days after result declaration. A dedicated link for rechecking and obtaining scanned copies will be provided. Students must enter required details, select subjects, and provide a valid email address.

A ₹500/- fee per subject must be paid online. After successful payment, an acknowledgment will be issued confirming submission. The application window remains open for 15 days only.
