How to Apply for GU Certificate ?

• Wait for Convocation: If you recently completed your studies, you may need to wait until the convocation ceremony is over before applying.
• Prepare Documents: Keep ready scanned copies of your registration certificate, passport-size photo, signature, ID proof, and mark sheets.
• Create an Account: Visit the official GU certificate portal and create a new application account using your details and documents. This account is separate from your academic account.
• Log In: After registration, you will get a Registration ID (starts with “GRD”). Use this ID and your date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY) as password to log in.
• Fill Application Form: Click “New Request Document” and enter details like certificate type, course, year of passing, GU Roll Number, and college name.
• Upload Documents: Upload all required documents as specified in the application form.
• Pay Application Fee: Pay the fee online using available payment methods.
• Submit Originals (if required): You may need to visit the university’s Administrative Building to submit original documents for verification. Confirm this with the university as digitization may have changed this step.
