Definition / সংজ্ঞা: Parts of Speech are categories that classify words based on their function and use in a sentence.
পাৰ্টছ অফ স্পীচ হৈছে শব্দসমূহক বাক্যত তেওঁলোকৰ কাম বা ব্যৱহাৰৰ ওপৰত ভিত্তি কৰি ভাগ কৰা শ্ৰেণীসমূহ।

There are eight main parts of speech in English. ইংৰাজীত ৮টা মুখ্য শব্দৰ প্ৰকাৰ আছে।

1. Noun / নাম (নাম, স্থান, বস্তু, ধাৰণা) : Click Here

Definition / সংজ্ঞা: Names a person, place, thing, or idea. মানুহ, স্থান, বস্তু বা ধাৰণাৰ নাম।

Ex / উদাহৰণ: cat, city, happiness
Sentence / বাক্য: The dog is barking. : কুকুৰটোৱে ভুকুৱাইছে।

2. Pronoun / সৰ্বনাম :  Click Here

Definition / সংজ্ঞা: Replaces a noun. নামৰ স্থলত ব্যৱহাৰ কৰা শব্দ।

Ex / উদাহৰণ: he, she, it, they
Sentence / বাক্য: She is reading a book.: তাই এটা কিতাপ পঢ়ি আছে।
