Evaporation is the process by which a liquid changes into vapour at any temperature below its boiling point, mainly from the surface of the liquid. বাষ্পীভৱন হৈছে সেই প্ৰক্ৰিয়া য’ত কোনো তৰল পদাৰ্থ ইয়াৰ উতলনাংকৰ তলত যিকোনো তাপমাত্রাত বাষ্পলৈ পৰিবৰ্তন হয়। এই প্ৰক্ৰিয়া মূলতঃ তৰলৰ পৃষ্ঠৰ পৰা ঘটে।
How Does Evaporation Cause Cooling ?
During evaporation, high-energy particles at the surface of a liquid escape into the air as vapour. These particles take heat energy from the liquid or the surrounding surface. As a result, the remaining liquid loses energy and becomes cooler. বাষ্পীভৱনৰ সময়ত তৰলৰ পৃষ্ঠৰ উচ্চ শক্তিযুক্ত কণাবোৰ বাষ্পৰ ৰূপত বতাহত ওলাই যায়। এই কণাবোৰে তৰল বা চাৰিওফালৰ পৰা তাপ শক্তি লৈ যায়। ফলস্বৰূপে বাকী থকা তৰলে শক্তি হেৰুৱাই ঠাণ্ডা হয়।
