SBI Clerk Exam Pattern
The SBI Clerk (Junior Associate – Customer Support & Sales) recruitment process involves two phases: Preliminary Examination and Main Examination, followed by a Local Language Test (if applicable).
Phase-I: Preliminary Examination
- The preliminary exam is an online objective test for 100 marks with a 1-hour duration.
- It consists of 3 sections:

Local Language Test
- Candidates who qualify for selection must provide proof of studying the specified opted local language in 10th or 12th standard (via mark sheet/certificate).
- Candidates without proof will need to appear for a language proficiency test after provisional selection and before joining.
Notes
- Detailed exam instructions and guidelines will be provided in the ‘Acquaint Yourself’ booklet, which candidates will receive along with the call letter.
- Both the Preliminary and Main Examinations are conducted online.
