Educational Qualification for Assam SLET 2025
To be eligible for the State Eligibility Test (SET) 2025, candidates must fulfill the following criteria based on their educational qualifications:
1. Minimum Marks Required:
- General/Unreserved/General-EWS:
Must have obtained at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in a Master’s degree or equivalent examination from a UGC-recognized university/institute. - SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PWD:
Must have obtained at least 50% marks (without rounding off) in a Master’s degree or equivalent examination from a UGC-recognized university/institute.
2. Candidates Appearing in Final Year:
- Candidates who have appeared or will appear in the final qualifying Master’s Degree (Final Year) examination and whose results are awaited or whose qualifying examination has been delayed are also eligible to apply.
Note: Such candidates must complete their Master’s degree with the required percentage of marks within the stipulated timeframe as specified by the SLET Commission to remain eligible.
